Here are the Armenian numbers from 1 to 10, each with audio and pronunciation. Say them out loud a few times — they are the base of every other number.

Two of these change when Armenians count fast: տասը (ten) is often just տաս, and ինը (nine) becomes ինն before a vowel. Once you know 1–10, the teens are տասն + the number: տասնմեկ is 11.

Are Armenian numbers hard?
No. After the first ten there are only a few new words: 20, the tens, 100 and 1000. Everything else is built by putting those together.
